MWI Homeworksplus And MWI PremierHealthplus ripoff, charging bank account without authorization, failing to give me information when I called Internet

I don't really use a certain bank account anymore, but just by chance I checked it on a Friday. There were two charges pending from the same company. The charges were for $139.95 and for $14.95.

I contacted my bank immediately, and asked them what it was for. They could only supply me with a telephone number. Upon calling this number, a lady with a foreign accent answered. I told her I want to know what this charge was for. Foreign accent lady (FAL) responded with too many questions for my liking, like she is trying to get more information out of me for identity theft, as I have read about this on previous occassions.

I told her I simply wanted to know what these transactions were for, she said, let me put you into the computer system, she faked the whole "computer system" thing, as I heard no typing or strokes on computer keyboards, and she kept on putting me on hold. I was too suspicious and told her that my bank will deal with her. Never having dealth with dishonest people like this before, I hoped my bank would get to the bottom of this in no time.

But to my dismay, this has not happened and they have even slapped me with overdraft fees, how nice of them!

Anyway, so, I did not authorize these amounts and still don't know what it is that i bought for those two amounts. All I know is that you can't trust anyone, not even your bank.
