Data Serices Rip Off again afer settling a class action lawsuit in California

As with all other customers, they are charging $9.99 a month for data charges, not including franchise, sales, federal, state taxes and other fees.in spite of settling a class action lawsuit in California for 50 million for doing the same thing.
