Fraud not as explained not turn key, rip-off co will not return calls, or my money

I purchased a 3 day workshop on house flipping on 2-26-27-28 2010 both instructors claimed the program was turn key just sign when sold, they simply lie to get you to purchase a bus tour with armando to for 3 days in 4-15-16-17 which i signed up for based on what was told me as a turn key program for investment, i attended the bus tour and found the turn key area was indiana state only i am not interested in owning in indiana property on 4-19 i returned all the materials to their address in san antino tx it was returned left no fowarding address moved, i have made several demands by phone, my attorney no respond they are a complete rip-off program according to their paper work you have 3 days to cancel i have filed to reports attorney general state of california, also state of texas to no avail i have heard nothing or a refund except on facebook i see armando purchased a new lanborugani with my money, he is a total ripoff
