Real State Training International, LLC REFUSING TO ISSUE REFUND FOR SERVICES NOT PROVIDED

On 10/213/10 I attended a preview session for Armando Montelango Seminars and purchased a 3 days Seminar Session scheduled for November 5th, 6th and 7th 2010. After reviewing the paperwork that was given to me I found many inconsistencies between what was verbally promised and was on the purchase aggreement. I opted to cancel within the 3-day cancellation period. I called on 10/25/10 and spoke to Roger Farish who stated that I needed to fax in a request, that I would be issued a refund but that I would need to wait until I got a call from the refund department in order to get a refund. I faxed the request to cancel as well as sent a next delivery letter requesting a refund. I waited 7 days and never recieived a phone call and since then I've been calling daily and get sent to Roger's voice mail. It is my beleif at this point that Armando Montelango Seminars is avoiding and failing to return any of my calls because they are refusing to give me a refund eventhough I cancelled within the allowed 3-day cancellation period. It is terrible to see that I am not the only one that this is happening to... Something needs to be done about this group of individuals.
