Ordered Northern Exposure complete series on DVD. Took months to receive and then found it contained several blank discs as well as out of order episodes complete with advertisements obviously recorded from TV. Shipment was from Canadian postal service. Complaint yielded promise of replacement set and shipment tracking code. Received neither one. Further compalint resulted in hangups by oriental-sounding customer service person. Buyer beware!!! Douglas
