Customer Trains Reps While Company Hides Terms in Writing

Direct TV is a rip off! While the CEO makes tons of money figuring ways that they can scam and cheat the American Public! We are donign the reps jobs on teaching them about customer service and refunds and all other aspects it takes to talk and satisfy customers. I don't get any of this money! And I am training them! But yet Direct TV is so quick to cheat you and tell you it was in writing (Somewhere and you will have to look for it if you can and if you can't use a magic crayon to reveal it!)
Company goes against the American Constitution if you want my opinion!
