On oct. 18th i called lowes extended service plan to report that my snowblower needed repairs. Almost 2 weeks later they contacted me via telephone to check if the service center scheduled or made the repairs. It was a recording and i acknowledged that nobody had contacted me yet. The recording stated that they would get in touch with omars service and get back to me in a day. I never heard back from them. I called the extended service center on november 20th approximately and was told that they would call omars sales and service again and get this problem fixed. Well, its 7 days later and a month and a half and i still havent been contacted from anyone and i still have a broken snow blower! I am extremely disgusted with the lack of service i am receiving! I have spent a lot of money at lowes and this isnt the first time i've had poor sevice from this store. But i guarantee you its the last!
