A salesperson sat down with us to discuss a replacement vinyl window. I told him that I was primarily interested in just purchasing a window and installing it myself. After a lengthy period of time he convinced me that they manufacture a superior window to the Simonton or Gorel that I have installed in the past. I gave him a $500.00 deposit 9/23, with an installation date of 10/23. I have not heard from them since.in addition, I did some research, which I should have done initially, and found out that they are a marketing company and do not manufacture any thing. The windows are made by Softlite. They make an average window that is not even close to the manufacturers that I have used in the past and I would not install them in my home.
