Pella replacement window - Pella thermastar replacement series 20

Just installed a pella Thermastar series 20 replacement window. I have bought and used replacement windows in the past. This by far is the cheapest lowes t quality window I have ever seen. It came with on window retractor disconnected and 2 of the 4 caps in the spring loaded screen holders broke off on fist use.in the past we have hired a company to put on low cost windows like a WindowWorld type company for $189 each, installed. This Pella from Lowes is junk and it cost $150 and I had to install it. Don't buy this model of Pella. L think they tred to get into the low end of windows but fell off the map with this junk. Stay away.
