2 day shipping is a big lie - shipping policy

When my parcel did not arrive on time, I called a CSR who told me they take 24 to 48 hours to pick an item from the warehouse, THEN the 2-day countdown starts. There's no mention of that on the store's web site. Target is not the store it used to be.
