Transmission Claim Denied Based on Oil Change

The second gear in the the tranny failed. A "band" problem. I submitted all of the receipts.

One of them was from an oil change at Wal Mart in Arkansas done by a friend I loaned the van to. He drove his family to a reunion. He noticed the window sticker and got the oil changed.

Warranty Administration Services DENIED the transmission claim based on the fact that it has DAVID instead of RICHARD.

Get this - an oil change is the basis for denying a transmission claim.

They do not talk with me using the phone. They do not accept any updated information to correct or clarify information.

They made me read the fine print of the agreement and it is obvious that no real-world owner will ever qualify for an acceptable claim.

Do not buy a warranty from this company
