Jack hamer owner ripoff fraudulent contracts bank fraud vehilce value misrepresentaion

Several months ago a vehicle was purchased from hamer's auto world. It was the second vehicle that this individial purchased from this dealer. On both occassions, this young single mother who needed transportation, was told to take thh contract to her credit union and have them issue a check based on the information provided by the dealer. On both occassions, she was told not to disclose to the credit union that the downpayment they were showing on the contract was fake, they never collected a check and told her they were only showing the downpayment so that she would be approved. On the second vehicle, they provided the credit union with a contract that had a substantail error in mileage. Amazingly, the difference in the odometer statement provided to the credit union and handwritten on the report of sale varied by tens of thousands, while the correct mileage was reported to the dmv and apparently corrected on the dmv's copy of the report of sale.

This caused a significant difference in the value of the vehicle, of which the credit union will advance a percentage of that value. The difference in the value was over $1,000 plus the credit unions advance on that dollar amount. Lets's talk about her trade in. She was given a value on the trade in from the dealer which was obvioulsy less than what she owed on the vehicle. She was told not to worry, they would show the trade allowance the same as payoff and add the fake $1,000 down payment, but because they were showing soooo much for her trade they would have to inflate the sales price (therefore making her pay more tax and liscence fees based on the sales price). Oh and to help her get more credit established they weren't going to pay off the trade right away, they were going to continue to make payments on the trade in for a few months and then pay iy off several months later. Did i just walk into "suckers" or "used cars". This is the kind of crap that people go to jail for, hands down complete fraud, and now this young lady is a lot more upside down that she was before she bought this vehicle, a lot more than she would be if this illegal contract and business practice had =not been performed. Dont buy from jack hamer or hamer's auto world. And if you have and any of these practices seem familiar, go the dmv and report this company.
