Citibank in sioux falls, SD it is on my credit report that this company opened a line of credit in my name and i have been delinquent which is effecting my credit score negatively

I have been negatively effected by this company opening a line of credit in my name w/o my permission. My credit report states that i am delinqent 30 days which is dropping my credit score. I am not sure how to dispute this, but I am currently looking into it
