Payment Lost Through Bill Pay and Credit Limit Cut

In July Citi embezzled my payment and waited a month and a half to let me know that it didn't exist. Then they reduce the credit limit and send a letter out that states "Your balance is too high in comparison to your limit. Talk about Fraud, Theft and cover up. Do not bail these scumbags out. They steal and get away with it by ruining credit. A flawless score down the tubes.
