Columbia gas of pa
Gas company makes appt. Between 12 pm and 12 am

Columbia gas threatened to shut off my gas because they want to come to my house to read the meter in basement. I made appointment between 12 pm and 4 pm. When I called to see when yhey would be here she said between 12pm and 12 am. I said that I had some where to go at 7:30 pm. She said if he came and I was not home. I would be charged for another appt. I pay my bill on time. I always call in my meter reading. Why treat a paying customer this way?
