Fraudulent Charges in my checking account

USave-CP took money from my checking account without approval. And caused me a 35.00 overdraft fee.
I have not even looked at their site nor do I even know who they are or what they do.
How can this be stopped from happening? NO, I am not stupid and NO I did not sign up or agree to anything on the Internet. Therefore, anyone that just wants to bash those of us that got scammed can keep their negative comments to themselves. We don't want to hear from you.
