Cayton Bay Holiday Complaint

Booked holiday for 4 nights. Waited 1 hour to check in and then when we got to the caravan, it was disgusting inside. The cleaners had not been in. Complained to staff at reception. Made a fuss infront of other customers and finally received a feeble 'sorry'. Was told it would be sorted in half an hour. Went back to complain again as no-one had come. Staff were talking with others and made me wait. And wait. And wait. They discussed getting pissed the night before and one said 'shit' when she dropped something. Kids were in there but they weren't bothered. Waited a further 2 hours to get it cleaned. Overheard one of the staff telling reception that the caravan was in a crap state. Would NEVER book with them again! Plus they seemed hell bent on selling their caravans, which was a pain! Otherheard others discussing the same issues.
