TERRIBLE - Health Issues

Tonight at 7:15 i went into your sunrise, round rock texas store. I was the only person inside your location. I waited to be served, and finally an older man took my order. I stood waiting 20 min to get a jr whooper and small fries. While i waited your staff waited on a min. Of 20 cars. I asked should i get in my car and drive around for quicker service. One of the staff shook her head, yes. They finally gave me my order without any apology for my 20 min wait. Additionally, what really turned me off; i witnessed the staff making hamburgers without any food gloves. I witnessed a staff member scratch his head, another rub inside his shirt his back. No gloves, i know this must be a health inspection item. I could not even eat my order it made me sick. I witnessed another come back from his break and did not even wash his hands. There are some real problems here. Do i call the health department?
