No response from customer service after 3 attempts

I recently returned my b250-XT headset and was trying to find out the status of the repair or replacement of it and have had no luck in being patient, so this hopefully might bring some resolution to the company's lack of communication and maybe they will give me the customer a courteous call letting me know when the device will be available to me again. I use this daily at work and would like to make what ever choices I have necessary. Thank You
