Catalog sales - 48" Haybasket window box and 36" hose basket

I recently ordered a 48" Haybasket window box and a 36" wrought iron hose basket from the on-line catalog. The ads tell you they can be hung on the house, but they fail to provide all the details, ie, if you don't have a stucco or brick house, you're on your own - go buy your own hardware if you have a shingled house!
The window box is advertised that it can be hung on the house or on a railing. They fail to tell you that if you want to hang it on the house, go buy your own hardware for that also!
Their advertising is misleading and I will never buy from them again.

Customer service was nice enough and refunded my shipping, but I'm still stuck with trying to find the correct hardware. Will probably send everything back and go to the local Lowe's store... Very bad experience shopping with this company!
