HUD MMIII Contracts -Code of Conduct violation

AMS contracting companies in the Alabama area for HUD MMlll programs has in my opinion violated HUD's Code of Conduct. SRllc signed contracts and attended on line training with AMS during the months of August and September to perform REO services in Alabama. Upon agreeing on the low pricing of $450.00 for clean outs up to 40 CY's and minor repairs a few weeks before September's 27th start date they stop answering my calls.

I hired 6 full time employees, 2 sub contractors signed a labor ready contract and added additional workmen's comp protection along with hundreds of dollars in equipment. We are now into Nov. And they have not contacted me.

I have reported this activity to Office of the Chief Procurement Officer
