Network Arch
Ripoff non-payment of contracts

Internet & Web

This report is targeted more towards would-be contractors or employees.network Arch contacted me in August to teach a class for a training company. We had a contract which stated that I would be paid when they received payment from the training company for a specified dollar amount.

I went and taught the class and everything went OK. The training compnay was not as well equipped as promised but the students got the bulk of the material as it was meant to be presented and I went home to wait for my check.

I contacted Network Arch about a month later wondering where my check was. They were having trouble getting payment from the training company because of late fees the training company did not want to pay.in the end they agreed to drop the late fees assessed to the training company so they would be paid the original amount and I would get paid.

The day they arrived at this agreement one of the company's employees and my contact posted a defamatory story about the training company's owner on the internet. The owner subsequently found out about this and of course refused to pay Network Arch because of the story. When I found out about all this they still said they would pay me because they felt it was only fair.

A couple weeks passed and their story morphed into they couldn't pay me because they hadn't received payment but they had sent the company to collections and they would keep me posted. And to this day I still have not heard anything from them.

So for all the would-be contracts out there: Don't Deal With Network Arch!!! They take no responsibility for their own mistakes and see no problem with witholding payment for things that are entirely their fault.
