We are very upset with America's Tire in Fountain Valley CA NOT explaining to Ms. Piazza the additional charges placed to invoice #9512940 on January 8.

The item (s) listed we were not aware would be added, nor explained?:

4 Certificates for Free Replacement at $13.00 per wheel, totaling $52.00.

Please assist with remedying this situation as soon as possible.
