Kelanar Window Pros in Colorado Springs sold me windows for my home in December, offered no payments until June yet the payments started in January! When I asked them to fix this, they claimed they couldn't and would just send me the difference that I would be charged in interest. Kelanar never sent any payments, I called back time after time and couldn't seem to reach John, who is the one that promised the resolution. Eventually I spoke to him months later, he barely remembered the situation and asked to see all my paperwork. He suggested I was trying to get something out of nothing and dragged me on as long as he could hoping I would just go away. We finally came to a resolution months later of $300. I agreed to it even though that wasn't the full amount they owed me. After 8 months, I just wanted this to be done with. I received a check 2 weeks later for $220. I called John back about the shorted check and he admitted he shorted me and refused to send the difference! Seriously?!? Who does that? He considers this case closed even though he admitted to not fully resolving it. All I'm seeking is the $300 I was promised from John at Kelanar Window Pros. I Should be suing for the full $440 that they owe me, and if it weren't going to cause me more money, time and stress to do so, believe me I would! I know I'll never see the balance they owe me so I am filing this report to make everyone else aware of Kelanar Window Pros dishonest and unethical business practices. If you use them, please be sure to get EVERYTHING in writing because there is a good chance they could do this to you!
