Can't get repair parts from mfg

Been trying thru l&s marine in manning sc to obtain parts to repair crest pontoon boat for over 3 months now. Mfg offers every excuse as to not having part to part is in transit on truck. This issue has been going on now for over 3 months. If mfg treats their outlet this way time to stop buying product that they make and look for alternative products. I have personelly called at least 8 times and got lied to with so may different tales. Time to get off rear end.
