Total scum and scam artist, liar, refused to return my $5,000

About two years ago I hired Larry Futterman to handle a lawsuit. He told me what a great lawyer he was and how he could win my case and would like to meet me. He told me that his office was being updated and asked me to meet him at the Broadway Dinner in Hickville.

I met him and explained the case to him; he became upset and told me that he would not let the company I was suing get away with what they have done to me. He then told me that he normally get a $10,000 retainer but because I was so taken advantage of he would take only $5,000.

I agee to meet him again the following day to give him a check. He must have ran to my bank to cash it. Then tha'ts when my nightmare began. I only met him two more times after that one was to give him the file and sign the retainer agreement and the other was when I was forced to file a complaint at the bar assocation (which I must say they do nothing but protect their own) turned out larry lied about having and office it seem the dinner is his office.

He never complied with the court orders, never returned one of my phone calls and lied that our case was going fine. If it wasn't for me contacting the court to see how my case was going I wouldn't not of found out that larry was infact losing my case.

He has since refused to return my $5,000 and even after he lied to the bar assocation, the judge and my new lawyer. He is a liar and a fraud. If you ever meet him run he is a real scum.

It's funny even after he almost lost my case, stole my money and refused to rutun my file, he still is scam people to this day. I hope he is didbarred but like I said our legal system sucks. I have tried to get a new station to help me run a story so that he will get stoped but they can't be bothered they just run that same crap stories nothing that's important.
