Temporary tag expired and dealer will not refund tax and tags

Paid Pointe GMC dealer in Carneys Point N.J. For tax and tags for four years and now my TEMP tag is expired for more than 3 days now. They will not give me my money back so I can go get tags myself. And if that wasn't bad enough, they want to wait 4 more days to get them. No mention of giving me another T Tag either. This is why fewer and fewer people want to buy American cars. Add me to that list.
