They ripped me off

I bought a car last month from them. My 30 days tags xpired today i went to the dealer so they can issue me my tags. When i went the place was closed down so i went to their other office off of indian river and they were closed also. So i went to dmv to see if they had my tags, after puttin the VIN number in the system. They stated that the car is in the name of someone else not in the name of me or my co signer. And so i hav to drive around with expired tags until i get intouch with a board that deals with dealerships. I feel that i was swindeled and i had to giv them a 1,000 down pymnt for me to get the car and i already made my car note pymnt...
