I Did Not Get What I Paid Fo

I purchased eleven tickets at 45.00 dollars each for a family trip to cedar point. The day of the trip my son and my grand kids missed the charter bus. Once we reached the park, the trip planner purchased the tickets. I was only given seven tickets. I know the bus portion of the trip was forfeit but, I still should have received all my tickets. When I asked for the rest of the tickets or the entrance fee ($32.00 at group rate), I was told "No Refund". I just want what I paid for. Then I would have the choice to do what ever I wanted to do with the tickets, if it meant throwing them in the trash. Someone has pocket $128.00 of my money. Give me my tickets!
