Our business tried opening an account with this company twice and each time it failed to be completed because of one reference that didn't receive their fax. Now, when we tried opening the account again, figuring we didn't put an application in this year because they failed to mention that the app was incomplete, she said that she wasn't going to start all over again and go through all the steps she needed to do and that it was our responsibility to push our references to respond to her. She said it herself, they, as a company, pick 3 out of our 4 references, so how were we suppose to know which ones didn't respond and which ones did? She was very unpleasant and not very helpful. Her excuse for this was "i didn't appreciate the voicemail you sent me", this voicemail just stated my name, number and a message asking her if we could start over again, as if we never put the app in the first place and that we never received the email she states she sent about a signed paper giving permission for the bank to release our info. I didn't appreciate her unpleasantness.
