Complaint against employee Beth Shoupe

About 8pm yesterday me, my sister, and cousin were in the lady's section of the store looking at pants when we heard Beth yell "I don't wanna walk by those BITCHES!" Really loud where everyone turned around and looked at us. I followed her to the front and asked to speak to her manager when I spoke to Steven, which he was very unhelpful and just showed us to the complaint box. Then spoke to Sherry where she saw our problem through and took my complaint letter, I told her I wanted to speak to the manager above her to make sure that this problem gets resloved. I really hope that you guys do not speak to your customers this way. I am very disappointed and upset about my visit with your store. For her to be one of the managers and treating customers the way she did is very unprofessional and demeaning.
