My first comments will be to the people who commented on this thing complaining about the brick card. Yes the interested rate is high BUT The Brick DOES NOT make up the policy for the brick card nor the interest rate. It is NOT our responisbility to make you read the fine print BEFORE you sign ANY legal documents morons. As for the furniture that we sell, The Brick does not MAKE the furniture, we sell them so before you go off telling us we make shitty product find out who makes it and DO YOUR RESEARCH! We have some great vendor's who make some awesome stuff. When you spend $399 for a whole bedroom set, you best believe you are getting shitty product. And please think about this, if someone was screaming at you would you want to help them out? Yes we understand when you spend money to buy something new you expect it to be flawless, BUT the customer service team has no control over who delivers your stuff, when your stuff will come in from OVERSEAS, and if your product came damaged. When you are yelling at them for something they had no control over of course they wont be as willing to help you as they would everyone else. Lets just make this simple, if you have a problem with the brick's delivery service, PICK YOUR SHIT UP YOURSELF. The Brick is just the middle man they are caught between the vendors and the customers. =)
