Scam do not rent

This place told me I was signing a month to month agreement. Turns out when I give notice that there is a HUGE bill stating that I owe monies. I owe them for the place being painted, garbage removal, Cleaning, An additional months rent ect. Non of this is true. The place was left spotless and had been years before being painted when I moved in. Scam scam scam
