I truly love your clean and new Independence, Missouri store.

This week, I went to the bicycle display at the back corner of the store and observed many, many bikes. NOWHERE was there any assessories or safety equipment to be found. I finally asked an employee who took me to an isle 12 rows away. It is very important to parents to purchase a safety helmet for the children but they really have to look for them 12 isles away. Not even a sign directing the customer to safety equipment was present in the actual bicycle display Is there a disconnect in your store planning and layout division? The store employees (and myself) certainly thought so.
