Rips you off on phones you buy from them

Golden Torch is on of the worst places to buy a phone. The phones do not work well at all, the guy at the front says he well help you if the phone doesn't work but he lies and doesn't help at all. He is extremely rude and the customer service is terrible. He said if i bring my phone back and i doesn't work he would fix it, but that wasn't the case. He blamed me for the phone not working like i did something to it, i told him i didn't do anything at all and his response was that the phone was working fine when he sold it to me and couldn't help me with out charging me to fix it and wouldn't refund or exchange my phone. Some of the phones that he sells seems to be stolen because he buys them off homeless drug addicts and people who bring them in. He has no problem in taking your money but won't help you even if he says he would. Its like he doesn't know what he is doing and shouldn't be able to treat his customers soo badly.
