Defective window decals

About april or amy of 2010 i had window decals made by impact signs, in memory of my son who passed away. I ordered 100 decals and most of them have been given to family and friends. Within 2 months all of them began peeling away at the edges to the poing that most of them had to be removed due their unsightliness. I was assured that they were weather resistant when i ordered them. After speaking to jason the first time, he stated that "it is the nature of the beast" for stickers to react that way in the desert heat. Considering that we live in the desert and that is the market that he caters to that he should be aware of what type of materials he works with. He also stated that it was due to improper window preparation befor applying the stickers. I work with glass by trade and am well aware that glass is best prepared by cleaning it with denatured alcohol. He also stated that he had a roll of defective vinyl and that i should speak to his supplier. Since my was with his business, i feel that it is his responsibility to resolve this matter, if his company has a problem with the manufacturer, it should be dealt with by them., i have stopped by his business numerous times, taking several different people who recieved the decals, showing him that the defect is consistent with all that i purchased. I have several other unrelated stickers on my car that have been there anywhere from 3-5 years and none of them have begun to peel. He was very rude when i spoke to him in person, and he has not returned my subsequent phone calls or attempts to contact him..
