HARASSMENT BY MANAGEMENT - customer service

My fiance has been continually harassed by the management at store #536 in Pembroke MA. It all began when she had a disagreement with Lori, a VERY RUDE AND NASTY Customer Service rep! The store manager, Tori, is good friends with Lori, so SHE CONDONES HER BEHAVIOR. Ever since then, every time I am working there and my fiance wants to shop, SHE IS HARASSED BY THE MANAGERS AND TOLD TO LEAVE THE STORE! This kind of treatment of customers is just horrendous and unacceptable!
