Company making false promises, false oral contract, laying, screwing and making false statement

I have purchased a car over the internet, after receiving the car I found more damage than they had listed even though I have had paid 100.00 for post inspection to adesa, they charge me the money but they never did the job., GM and Jeff internet manager agree to refund me $1000.00 back even though damages were over $1,450.00 I accepted then later they don’t want to refund $1000.00 they want to make it $500.00 because new GM which he was Ass GM then so he was in the picture then, these guys are not returning my call back it has been 3 month since they agree and made promises to refund me $1000.00 and now they only want to refund back $500.00 new false promise.
