Poor customer service

This company is a rip off! Do not waste your time or money. They are rude when speaking with them on the phone. They do not refund your money in a timely fashion. I am still waiting on a refund for a product that was received by them over a month ago. I will not purchase anything else from this company and will be telling all my friends not to either. How do I get my refund? They don't even have customer service via phone anymore. Hello! BBB of Denver, Co., I have a complaint about one of your member companies!
