Live bugs found in sealed sandwich bread

Purchased reg white sandwich bread. Brought it home, put it in the freezer within an hour of purchase. Just took out of freezer and it has bugs crawling around inside the plastic wrapper, it had not been opened. The bugs survived the freezer! Not acceptable.
