Deli creation - deli creation ham and chedda

I open a ham and cheddar deli creation and split the bread and to my astonishment i found a small piece of orange plastic on the bottom piece of the bun. My husband and i love to eat these sandwiches almost daily and now i have to inspect every sandwich at opening. Please let me know if any other sandwich have had this problem or please help me to continue buying your product.
