Buyer Beware

I ordered a fan controller based on the company’s product description. After receiving the item I discovered that the catalog description was somewhat misleading, and was not the product I expected. When I tried to return the item I was first given the run around between the distributer, CPO, and Monte Carlo fans, I was told there would be no refund or exchange because I was 10 days over there 30 day refund policy, though it took 10 days for delivery. Bottom line is do not trust this company. Buying online required a certain level of trust, and they cannot be trusted.
