Promised to sell Wyndham, 1,000, 000 VIP Platinum but never intended to sell

Royal Resorts USA calls up saying they have a corporate buyer for the timeshare, do all the promises of closing and paying then stall and eventually never pay out anything. They get money upfront to start then have to have money to accelerate the process, personal check/bank draw, then change from a domestic sell to an international sale and now a lawyer is involved for a retainer, cash, to complete the sale. All the time the urgency dictates things have to be done now or the sale won't go through. My opinion is this company is fraudulent and have taken money under false pretenses.
