We have purchased a timeshare at Wyndham Resorts and paid $25,000.00 cash in full.

Wyndham told us of a program that would eliminate paying the maintenance fees through the use of their credit card. This would generate enough points and would pay all those fees. Wyndham sale rep. Reviewed our total monthly expenditures and we were told that we had more than enough to pay the fees plus bank some points for future use.
We were told we wouldn't have to worry about maintenance fees.
We agreed to it so that our children would have this free and clear.
The credit card did not do what they said.
We talked to their representative who stated he was sorry but it was binding and that we had no course but to pay it.
She said that she felt bad that the person told us these lies as we would always have maintenance fees.
They said that since we did not have anything in writing that we could not prove what we were promised. We are shocked and disheartened that we had been scammed and blatantly lied to in order to make a sale by a representative of Wyndham Resorts.
Wyndham sets the costs. They can change and charge anything they want, anytime they want to.
Think about all the money we have spent and if it gets willed to our children, how on earth are they ever going to be able to afford to keep up with the maintenance fees?
They don't tell you that when they are trying to sell it to you.
Wyndham Resorts has Underhanded and corrupted sales reps. That are not being controlled by their upper management?
Their entire conversation is based on false, leading and allusive information.
