To the Manage

Greetings! As a concerned citizen and a valid customer. I have witness a abuse of worker at one of your branches, located at Burger King, 2nd floor, Glorietta 4, Makati City, Yesterday. A manager was yelling at the selling area in one of the cashiers, because of a costumer complaint. Were i was there to witness it. Which i have notice that the said costumer complaint was not true and accurate. I saw what really happen and the story goes like this "the cashier ask for the order of that customer and when it was set and done, the cashier is asking the name of the customer for the serving identity but the customer just immediately turn back and get a sit. So, the cashier just noted in the receipt the color of the dress for the fast serving identity. Were i saw it, because i was next in line to get my order. Then the manager asked the cashier to serve personally to the said customer, but instead of leaving me, she pass the command to a service crew, which is appropriate and right to do. Then, when i was in my sit, i saw the service crew looking for the customer wearing that kind of dress, asking us politely. But when the service crew reached the customer, i wonder, why, denied the order? Then i saw the customer calling the manager. Then later, the manager is yelling at the cashier", embarrassing her in front of us. Is there such thing as a special treatment for a certain customer for a cashier to attend and leave even she's in her proper position of work? For you Manager Madam Joanna, is it appropriate to embarrass your subordinate employee in front of us? How come you become a manager? How will you be a model of your employee and to be idolized? Is that the way the Burger King train you?"kung may pagkakamali ang tao, why yell, pumasok ka sa office niyo at doon mo kausapin, sana narinig mo ang mga komento ng mga customer, na nag fefeedback sa store na hinahawakan mo". Concerned lang ako sa Food chain na Favorite hang out namin ng friends ko. Kaya inalam ko talaga name mo, ginagawa mong cheap ang Burger King. To Burger King, more power! Ang sarap talaga ng burger niyo.
