Extreme lack of co-ordination between the cooking section and the persons out front trying to bag up the orders. After my unpleasant experience with the cashier, Cierra, I watched as the girls put orders in bags, sometimes as many as 6-8 incomplete bags being worked.

As for my experience with the cashier, she seemed annoyed with the fact she had to work, wished I would hurry up and then did not have the courtesy to say "Thank You".
Then, to top matters off, upon my arrivial home, the wife and I opened what was supposed to be our breakfast biscuits were stale, crumbley, hard and otherwise non-eatible. We live about 1 mile from Burger King and visit the store 3-6 times a week but another visit like this and I'm sure that will change.
Recomendations:
1.) Put a friendly, curteous cashier.
2.) Have manager present and visible.
3.) Food must be inspected for freshness.
4.) Maybe home office should send in unknown customer to get realalistic picture of what is happening.
