Dishonest Avoid - Kenwood DNX9140

I ordered a Kenwood DNX-9140, that was advertised as brand new in the box. When I recieved the unit, it was missing several items, and I could tell that it had been installed already. The Unit has now failed completly and I cannot get any warranty service beacause I did not by from an authorized dealer. Do not loose $1200 like I did, AVOID these SCAMMERS
