BOA is the absolute worst!!! Iv've had

3 water backup floods in my basement within the last month 1/2 and they have yet to pay up for the damages recieved. And it's been almost 2 months. Their represenatives are rude and have no compassion had i known i would've never went with bank of america or there ripoff insurance BALBOA!!!
