Satisfaction guarantee is a hoax. I was assured I could return item if not completely satisfied, no questions asked. No wonder the rep. There was so comfortable with that. They charge you 15% for returns. Ok... I was willing to deal with the deception... Now I am supposed to pay UPS or FEDEX (they will not allow you to use the reasonably priced USPS) 50.00 to ship it back. Now I am seeing that I was really only guaranteed HALF of the purchase price... That is the reality. It was never even opened, and I was even willing to make an even exchange for their worm composter... But they still insisted I pay 1/2 the purchase price to return, and start over with the other purchase. As if... Why aren't all companies as reputable as Sierra Trading, LL Bean, Lands End... When they guarantee satisfaction, you are satisfied. They don't hide behind false assurances and fine print.
