Universal management - rhino management owners rob vinnie dave ripoff they mislead u to be theyre flunky and dont pay you and mislead u and use u for ur cars

Unfortunately i quit my job to work for these people. They told me i would receive my own office in 6-8 weeks. They told me i would be receiveing $150.00 for the first week and as the weeks went on the pay would increase by $50.00 or so.

I would also be receiveing asset bonuses and overrides. That never happened! I worked for more than 150 hours in 2 weeks and the owner rob told me that because we were not an asset to the company because we didnt sell more then 30 bottles a week he was breaking company policy and was giveing us a bonus anyways of $25.00.

They told us that the product was authentic and it wasnt they told us 2 weeks later they told us to lie to the cops and to the customers. And they had "contests" such as "holes versus poles", "universal musical chairs", "pass the rhino", and field "contests". Rob would told us that we need a car to be able to get to work because it didnt look right if we pulled up to our "office" and we were being dropped off. He didnt even have a vehicle of his own.

He was getting rides off the employess that were there. His "trainers" never had money to give the people for gas to go "merch". Theres alot of fresh things going on like guys coming onto the girls and they dont respect the fact that your involved.

The place is located in the back of nazareth building systems and if you didnt know its there or told it was there you wouldnt have ever thought it exsisted.
